Miss Klimt

An ongoing inspiration

Since even before snowboarding professionally, Gustave Klimt’s work has fascinated Zako. Although many of her artworks carry part of that, Miss Klimt is in adoration for his work. Zako is part Miss Klimt.

Materials and technique

This work from 2008 is still a period where Zako is honing her skills and wire bending techniques. Ingenuity and creativeness let her come up with a beat mannequin, relooked with plain PU metal chrome dots on the body and wire arms.

Miss Klimt carries a metal wire handbag that holds a cable powered light bulb, letting the sculpture play an active part in everyday practicality, while enjoying her beauty.
